Lisa and I can’t remember the last time we had such tasty and hot roasted green chile like we picked up this year. Our only hope is that we bought enough to make it through the whole year this time — two 30 pound sacks. Our chile is from Lemitar, not Hatch like we normally get, and it’s been absolutely incredible. So so yummy.
