I’m never sure about the naming of my old mountain bike: is it a Miyata Ridge Runner Team? Or how about Miyata RidgeRunner Team? Or what I think is Miyata RidgeRunnerTeam? Dunno. In any case, I purchased my Miyata in 1991 when I came back to New Mexico to finish school, at a now closed bike shop called the Harvard Bike Shop. I’m not quite sure if this is a 1990 or 1991 model, and I think I paid around $800 for it at the time.

Unfortunately, it was stolen in 2003 in front of the Farris Engineering Center at the university (serial #RS58561 should anyone lucky enough run across it). I was able to document it in pictures, though, and what remains can be seen below:
